Plans

The original house is 1200 square feet. We added on 800 square feet to the rear of the house. Because our house sits on a raised lot, the addition is not seen from the street, which is in accordance with our original Arapahoe Acres covenants and with state historical guidelines. We restored the original portion of the house and tried to make sure that our addition did not detract from the original portion of the house.
