Hey Baz...Chris is doing some updated renderings. There were some minor changes since the original models. We met Chris Craver through our MidMod agent magician, Shannon Stanbro. She hooks us up with everyone!

Chris and his family live in Arapahoe Hills, which is sort of a sister neighborhood here in the Denver area to Arapahoe Acres. It's not as big, but a lot of the houses are similar. It was built a few years later, so the houses are a bit bigger than ours.

I'll have to get the new renderings up there next week.

Ah here we go. Found it. Chris Craver, architect. I see he has a whole section of his site for your project: http://www.c2architect.com/index.php?/project/arapahoe-acres/

Nice. Dig the renderings.

Cheers,

Wow. That is quite the project. Did you work with an architect on the addition? Maybe I missed it but did you post pics of the renderings? Curious to see how it all integrates into the original architecture.

Excavators, engineers, and inspectors, oh my!

Now off to sand some dry wall - pales in comparison.

Cheers,
